Nikki Robinson is a Partner in the Sydney Real Estate group, specialising in real estate and infrastructure development, corporate acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property and funds work. Ms Robinson specialises in acting for clients on large transactional matters, providing advice on strategic and commercial issues affecting a variety of areas. She regularly provides advice to private and public sector clients on strategic, commercial and legal issues affecting all forms of property related matters. In addition, she also has a strong background in acting for government bodies and private sector participants in both Australia and the UK in relation to PPP's. Manoj Santiago is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 15 years experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the clients of the firm. He focuses on obtaining and optimising sources of funding for businesses and helping owners of businesses make important decisions. His experience includes: Assisting clients in the role of their business, assisting with turnaround scenarios requiring optimisation of working capital and restructuring of debt facilities, advising on growth via acquisitions, obtaining VC/PE funding, advising on IPO and acting as the Investigating Accountant, most recently for QRx Pharma Ltd and ASDM. Mr Santiago leads PwC's Life Science practice in Australia and runs the firm's Clients with Extraordinary Potential program, focused on supporting Australian Innovation.

Lisa McIntyre leads the firm's Asia Pacific Life Sciences Practice. She has extensive experience working with over 80 different life sciences clients across a wide range of projects with a focus on helping companies commercialize novel research within and outside of Asia Pacific. DrMcIntyre relocated to Australia from L.E.K.'s Boston office after 9 years in the U.S., where she co-led L.E.K.'s U.S. Biotechnology Practice. In Australia, she serves as a Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, Biotech Capital Limited and AtCor Medical Pty Ltd and is a past member of the NSW Cancer Research Advisory Council. She graduated with a University Medal from the University of Sydney with a B.S. Honors degree in biochemistry. She went on to earn her Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Cambridge where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. Her doctoral research focused on the development of new techniques in high resolution NMR spectroscopy.

Her current clients include Medicins Sans Frontier, Baptist World Aid Australia, Australian Council for International Development, International Fund for Animal Welfare, and the International Women's Development Agency.
